The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Bennettsville, South Carolina intends to issue solicitation 15B31727Q00000001 for the requirements of QUARTERLY Subsistence. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 5, 2026, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website, https://sam.gov. Hard Copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides downloading instructions. Quotes will be due November 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The Government reserves the right to make payment using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Each offeror is required per 52.212-1(a)5 to complete their representations and certifications and be registered with (SAM) via the System for Award Management; information can be obtained at www.sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
