RFPRound

How It Works

Four steps between you and a watched, matched pipeline of federal contract opportunities — then one month in the life of a single pursuit, walked through end to end.

One Month, One Pursuit — An Illustrative Walkthrough

Sample story — Keystone Government Services, the same sample vendor as the Live Demo. The firm, the match, and the amendment below are illustrative of how a pursuit moves through RFPRound; they are not a customer testimonial, and no outcome is promised or typical.

Keystone's Month.

1. The match. Keystone's Match Profile — its NAICS codes, its set-aside certification, its states — is on file. On the morning digest, a new solicitation passes every gate the profile sets, with the reasons spelled out in plain English and a Match Score from Keystone's own rubric. No hunting through SAM.gov: the fit arrives explained.

2. The decision. Someone named decides. The pursuit moves from Watching to Reviewing, and the Bid decision is recorded with its rationale and its date — not left in someone's inbox. The pursuit brief assembles itself from the record: the notice summary, the requirements from the notice itself, the qualification notes.

3. The amendment. Mid-month, the buyer amends the solicitation and the deadline moves. SAM.gov only ever shows the latest version — but RFPRound snapshots every tracked notice daily and diffs the snapshots, so the move lands in Keystone's alerts the day it appears, and every countdown on the pursuit updates itself. This is the watch working exactly as the Proof page counts it.

4. The workflow. The pursuit runs Keystone's approval workflow: a draft review step, an approval step with a named owner, and a submit-gated step that only a user with the Submit Applications capability can complete — signing the certification statement as they do. A step that stalls shows up in My Tasks and in the Team Workload view, and can be reassigned before it becomes a missed deadline.

5. The submission. The bid goes in before the amended deadline, through the official listing's own channel. The submission confirmation and tracking number are recorded on the pursuit — the same record that already holds the decisions, the documents checklist, and the consent log.

6. The outcome. Won, the record continues: the award terms are confirmed against the official award notice, post-award report reminders are set, and closeout computes how long the records must be kept. Lost, a short debrief captures the buyer's feedback and a successor watch is set for the next round — most pursuits end here, and the next one starts smarter.

Your month could look like this. The four steps below are the whole mechanism — profile, daily matching, amendment watching, and a pipeline that keeps every decision on record.

Sample pipeline shown with sample data: the pursuits are the Live Demo's, drawn from real live catalog records, and the countdowns are live — each one counts down to the notice's real response deadline and updates itself. Your pipeline shows your real saved pursuits, with the same live countdowns.

1. Create Your Account

Register with your full name and company. Plan-less accounts get 14 days of alerts, then 14 more days to pick a plan.

2. Build Your Match Profile

Enter your NAICS codes, set-aside certifications, states, keywords, and exclusions. Matching is exact and every match shows its reason in plain English.

3. Get Matched, Every Day

RFPRound snapshots the SAM.gov catalog and the covered state portals (11 states + the District of Columbia) daily and matches new solicitations against your profile. Your digest and deadline alerts follow your plan.

4. Track Pursuits - And Amendments

Save opportunities to your pursuit pipeline, record bid / no-bid decisions with an audit trail, and get alerted when a tracked solicitation is amended - a deadline moves, documents change, a Q&A posts.

See It Live — The Demo

Open the live demo and look around a real account: Keystone Government Services, a sample vendor tracking live federal solicitations with matches, pursuits at every stage, bid decisions, and an amendment alert on a tracked solicitation. The demo is read-only — nothing you click changes anything.
