Decrease the total solicitation quantity from four (4) each to three (3) each. 2. Extend the Request for Quotation (RFQ) response window from October 30, 2026, to November 6, 2026. Please submit your revised quotation for the updated quantity no later than 4:30 PM EST (COB) on November 6, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The purpose of this amendment is to allow additional time for quotations to besubmitted in accordance with Solicitation N00104-25-Q-LE15. This solicitation is issued pursuant to Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF).
