This procurement is subject to participation goals for Minority Owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and/or Women Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) as required by section 6-129 (Local Law 1 of 2013) of The New York City Administrative Code (Target/ Goal for M/WBE can be seen in the Schedule B of the Bid Book Number 1 of 2).
