The New York City (the “City”) Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks” or the “Agency”) is establishing a pre-qualified list (“PQL”) of general contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to perform general construction site work on NYC parklands. This PQL will be limited to firms who have been certified as Minority/ Women Business Enterprises (“M/WBEs”) by the City’s Department of Small Business Services (“SBS”).
