The mandatory pre-bid meetings are scheduled for: Monday, November 09, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. Location : NYC H+H | South Brooklyn Health, Main Building, Penthouse (PH) Room 1140 Late attendees will not be accommodated . Please make every effort to arrive on time. Consider using public transportation to avoid potential traffic and parking delays. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Technical questions must be submitted in writing by email no later than Wednesday, November 18, 2026 by 5:00PM to [email protected] . ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Insurance : All contractors must be adequately insured by a NAIC-admitted insurance carrier. Non-admitted carriers will not be accepted. NYC H+H PLA: All Bids shall be in accordance with the terms of the NYC Health and Hospitals (HHC) Project Labor Agreement. The awarded contractor will be required to execute and submit a Letter of Assent to NYC H+H.
