MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING INFORMATION Only bidders who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be allowed to bid. The mandatory pre-bid meetings are scheduled for: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Location : NYC H+H | Queens - Facilities Management Office, Conference Room F2-05 Late attendees will not be accommodated . Please make every effort to arrive on time. Consider using public transportation to avoid potential traffic and parking delays. 4.
