Harris County is seeking multiple professional engineering firms with the experience, capabilities, and qualified available staff to provide various traffic engineering services, including traffic signals, as part of a vendor pool for the Office of the County Engineer (OCE). The scope of work shall include engineering study, design services and construction phase services for projects focused on traffic engineering services and traffic signal projects. The firm(s) must be registered with the State of Texas, be able to provide fully licensed personnel to provide engineering services, and capable of providing services including but not limited to design of the project including sealing plans, assisting with writing specifications, estimates for bidding purposes, bid documents, submittal review and requests for information (RFI) review.
