The Galveston County Jail is located at: • 5700 Avenue H, Galveston, TX 77551 An initial priority of this engagement is to develop comprehensive preliminary project cost estimates, including anticipated construction, architectural and engineering, equipment, furnishings, permitting, and other capital project costs, to support the County’s capital funding planning efforts.
