About this opportunity

Questions and Answers Has SBA granted an individual nonmanufacturer rule waiver for NAICS 311812 (FSC 8920) on either requirement? If no waiver applies, please confirm that an offeror quoting as a nonmanufacturer must furnish bread products made by a domestic small business manufacturer for every line item. No wavier applies. Could you please provide the name of the current incumbent contractor and previous contract number, if available? Previous contract 36C25726P0270. We intend to serve as the prime contractor while partnering with an established commercial bakery to manufacture and deliver the required products. Can you clarify whether this arrangement is permissible under the solicitation and whether any additional SBA eligibility determination is necessary? Partnering with an established commercial bakery is considered subcontracting. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ and http://search.certification.sba.gov This will be verified. Must the bakery itself be SDVOSB-certified, or is a qualifying small-business manufacturer sufficient? Partnering with an established commercial bakery is considered subcontracting. The contractor/vendor must be a SDVOSB certified. Must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ and http://search.certification.sba.gov This will be verified. We noticed apparent discrepancies involving Contract Line-Item Numbers. Will a corrected pricing schedule be issued? An amendment will be issued. Are the listed quantities based on historical purchasing volume, and what is the guaranteed minimum purchase commitment? Can you also confirm that offerors may submit different firm-fixed unit prices for each option year? A firm fixed price contract will be issued from the Base plus Four Option Year pricing submitted. Can you confirm whether Kerrville requires deliveries only on Tuesdays or twice weekly, as the ordering instructions appear inconsistent?
