This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LU27Q0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Powell Duplex Improvements on the Nez Perce � Clearwater National Forest. The project consists of removing and replacing the existing roof(s), water damaged Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP), some structural members in the roof and walls of an existing residential duplex.
