This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 70ZU0127QBRO014 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This item is considered to be a Sole Source item. The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. No down payments or advanced payments will be made to the awarded vendor. Award will be made on a Best Value Basis as result of this synopsis/solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Best Value will be evaluated by who meets all technical requirements, who meets our required time frame and by price.
